Marriott Celebrated for Inclusive Culture

 

The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR), a leading Hispanic advocacy group, has released findings from its 2014 Corporate Inclusion Index(CII) survey, a comprehensive measurement of Hispanic inclusion at Fortune 100 companies and HACR corporate member companies by focusing on HACR's four pillars of corporate social responsibility and market reciprocity: Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy, and Governance.  
Marriott International was recognized for its inclusion of Hispanics in its workforce and recruitment efforts. Marriott is a proud corporate partner with HACR.  The company engages HACR members throughout the year by speaking at and sponsoring events such as the symposium at this year’s Hispanic Corporate Achievers Summit, which was created to motivate, empower and reconnect past HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever participants to create a support network among executives dedicated to the advancement of Hispanic inclusion in Corporate America.
