Six Senses Yao Noi is delighted to announce the visit of internationally renowned truffle expert Benjamin Bruno and his partner, Katharina Minwegen, from February 3 to 11, 2015.
Located in beautiful Lorgues, in the heart of the Provence, his second generation restaurant Chez Bruno is reputed to be the world’s largest consumer of truffles. Chef Benjamin has been eating truffles since the age of ten, which highlights the fact that the Bruno family is considered to be world experts in the field of truffles. Six Senses Yao Noi is privileged to feature Benjamin’s special and unique truffle creations in a series of dinners will be held at the resort. Guests are provided with the rare opportunity to taste not only one of the most expensive ingredients used in the kitchen, but also prepared by perhaps the world’s foremost expert in the elusive and prized truffle – Benjamin Bruno.
