Oman Air Scoops Two Awards In One Day
Oman Air’s customer service and business leadership have each attracted high praise on the same day, from two different organisations.
On Thursday November 13th, the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) presented the MENA Customer Delight Award to Oman Air at a glittering ceremony held at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai. The award recognised Oman Air’s “Exceptional and Fantastic Customer Service and Customer Experience”.
On the same day and at the same event, the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman was presented with a Certificate of Excellence by the American Liberty University. The Certificate of Excellence was awarded in recognition of Oman Air’s “Outstanding Business Leadership and Exceptional Service to Society.”
