Iberia continues to open up new destinations: after Montevideo, Santo Domingo, Istanbul and Athens, now it’s the turn of Havana, Medellin and Cali. With these new incorporations, the figure of new destinations opened in the past year climbs to 23.
The Havana route, which was suspended two years ago, will begin to operate on 1 June, with five direct flights per week, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.The flights to Cali and Medellin, cities that Iberia has never flown to before, will begin on 3 July, with three weekly flights, on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Also of note is the rise in weekly frequencies of direct flights to Santo Domingo.
