Jumeirah Beach Hotel, part of Jumeirah Group, the Dubai-based luxury hotel company and a member of Dubai Holding, has retained the Green Globe Certification (GGC) for a second year following a recent sustainability audit.
Retaining the award highlights the continued efforts made by hotel employees who have helped to implement more energy-saving measures throughout the property.
Since the hotel was first accredited, additional energy saving measures have been introduced. Jumeirah Beach Hotel now uses grey water from Dubai Municipality for irrigation purposes which helps conserve water supplies efficiently, responsibly and intelligently.
